SHIPPING POLICIES

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. You will receive email updates and tracking information.

All shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are shipped via Priority Mail.

Shipping times are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.


For example:
Next Day Air sent on a Friday would be delivered on Monday.
3-day Air sent on a Wednesday would be delivered on Monday.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS RETURN POLICY

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please email our Customer Support team at admin@bomborganics.com for replacement product.

RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting he condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.


EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.


Please Note:If you are not satisfied with your product and would like a refund, or if you would like to replace your product, you do not need to send it back. We would be happy to implement a refund or send you a replacement product at no cost.
